  ลองพยายามแก้ไขอีกครั้งครับ เนื้อหาสื่อออกมาได้แล้วครับ แต่ยังต้องปรับปรุงในบางส่วน มีอยู่ 2 ประโยคที่ซ้อนความกันมากเกินครับ ส่วนอื่น ๆ อยากแนะนำให้ทำเป็นประโยคพื้นฐานให้หมด (มีความรวมเยอะไปหน่อย ทำให้ประโยคยาว อ่านเข้าใจยากถึงไม่เข้าใจเลยครับ)

University has(word choice) book fair Around December of every year(move here). the fair is have (incorrect)many kind of book(plural) to choose form(Miss spelling) many book company(plural). it(capitolize) help decrease(word choice) stress(comma) relax and attempt(word choice) knowledge. The most of book(incorrect article position) those the student like is(singular?plural?) novel. Most of student is (plural? singular?)female. Most of they like novel(redundant) ,it improve(subject-verb) idea imagine to them(FUBAR), next  sale book(should it be a sentence?) everyone like cheep book(sentence end) they (missing verb)cheep(comparative) than full prize  50%(relocate) .it matched(word choice) with whose don’t have more(word choice) money and the last is learning book that most of them don’t like someone fine(wrong word) somebook that don’t have in neary and good book from Bangkok(Another FUBAR)

  เข้าใจยากจัง แปลไทยเป็นอังกฤษมากเกิน ไวยากรณ์มันต่างกัน จะพยายามคงเดิมที่สุดนะ
  Every December หรือ Every year in December is the the time for Naresuan University's book fair. The fair is big and famous. (ตรงนี้อธิบายลักษณะงานนิดนึงค่อยไปประโยคต่อไปจะฟังดูดีกว่า)  
  There are various choice of books from different companies.
  ใช้ It ไม่ได้เพราะไม่มีอะไรให้ refer ถึงคือเราเข้าใจว่าเธอหมายความว่าการอ่านหนังสือช่วยลดความเครียด ได้ความรู้ มันน่าจะเป็น
  Reading books is a great way to relax. It helps decrease strees and increase knowledge.
  Novel is the student's favourite kind of book. Most of them are girls.
  The girls prefer novels because they can improve their imagination and cost only 50 percent of full price. Fifty percent discount make the books affordable, great for those who have not much money to spend.
  
  ประโยคสุดท้ายไม่เข้าใจอย่างแรง And the last thing is อย่างสุดท้ายคือ หรือ the last reason เหตุผลสุดท้ายคือ ก็ได้  หนังสือเรียนใช้ text book ต่อจากนี้แปลไม่ออกอ่ะ

  คนอื่นแก้ตรงแกรมม่าไปแล้ว ผมอยากลองดูตรงเนื้อหาก็แล้วกัน

  ในส่วนนี้ผมไม่เข้าใจว่าตรงประโยคที่สองต้องการสื่อถึงอะไร ? นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้หญิง ? หมายความว่านักศึกษาของทั้งมหาวิทยาลัยส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้หญิง หรือว่านักศึกษาที่ชอบอ่านนิยายเป็นผู้หญิง  ผมว่าโครงสร้างสองประโยคนี้มันแปร่ง ๆ นะครับ

  ประโยคนี้ผมไม่เข้าใจเลยว่ามันหมายความว่าอย่างไร  ลองเอาแบบที่เป็นภาษาไทยมาให้ดูหน่อยดีกว่า  จะได้ช่วยเรียบเรียงประโยคใหม่

  คห.3 จะสื่อว่านักศึกษาที่ชอบอ่านส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้หญิงครับ
  
  ส่วนประโยคสุดท้าย เหมือน มันจะตกจุดหรือคอมม่าไปจุดหนึ่งครับ-//- เหมือนผมจะใส่ไปละ
  ประมาณว่า มันเหมาะกับผู้ที่ไม่ค่อยมีเงิน และสุดท้าย หนังสือเรียนที่คนส่วนใหญ่ไม่ค่อยชอบ
  
  บางคนก็หาหนังสือที่ไม่มีใกล้ๆ หรือดีๆจาก กรุงเทพครับ
