The largest investment holding company "FINAM" is currently looking to hire a
Customer Service Manager (with knowledge of Thai language).
Responsibilities: Customer service, online support to Thai users and customers
May occasionally include: Selling the company's services and telephone calls with customers.
Requirements:
-A native speaker (Thai)
-Strong knowledge of computer and internet
-Sociability
-Willingness to learn and work in teams
Preferred Skills:
-Knowledge of English
-Experience in Forex trading. (Finnish markets)
Terms and conditions:
Working in the office, metro station "Pushkinskaya", "Tverskaya".
Mon-Fri from 12:00 to 21:00 (Possibly 11:00 to 20:00 or from 13:00 to 22:00)
Registration under the Labor Code, the compensation power LCA.
Wages will be determined during interview.
