           Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) เป็นมหาวิทยาลัยเอกจนในเมืองทรอย รัฐนิวยอร์ก ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ก่อตั้งในปี 1824  ปัจจุบันมีนักศึกษาทั้งหมดประมาณ 7,500 คน มีนักศึกษาต่างชาติจากกว่า 90 ประเทศทั่วโลก โดย 83% ของนักศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยมีผลการเรียนระดับ TOP 10 ของโรงเรียนที่จบมา สีประจำสถาบันคือสีเชอรี่และสีขาว และปัจจุบันได้รับการจัดให้อยู่ในอันดับของมหาวิทยาลัยที่ดีที่สุด TOP 50 ของอเมริกา
