Hello I'm new here but I have a ton of stories for you.

Part 1 : obey the score
Score is great but it actually distracts me from actually finding out what I like .
In the end it took me the entire 5 year of finding out what I actually like and what I really want to do in the future.
All the year spent on reading what i don't even need for my job in further
Keeping score at average or height is great but i hope you have your goal first so you know exactly what you truly want .
Having a goal is great so you can track your progress.
The concept of study is that you learn something while you doing it
And have a goal for what you study to make sure you learn the skill needed for that goal which makes your study a lot more interesting.
Stop worship the grade it may be a pride for you to have high grade
But do you use it?
That depend on your goal some goal need certain subject to high grade so if you want it go all in in that subject
But some also aren't so stop crying about your grade, get up and go study for what you want.
I was lost and bored out of my mind for so long until one day
I finally found out what i like to do and wish to do that as a job
It digital art it the animation it the novel writing that i want to do
But it is really late to know that since I already study in a science program so yes I have to spend a bit of time studying what is not even that important for my work. But that ok that is depend on your perspective
In a good way I have learned many SCIENCE STUFF to the point where I can apply some to my art. Which in return makes it a bit more natural and more realistic. I may have lost opportunities to study a lot of art knowledge in the other program but I'm not wasting my time here either.
I am not gonna let that drag me down
And so should you readers!
Knowing goal is great
But if you realize you may have missed something don't let that drag you
Grab all the opportunity to learn your goal at that moment and go for it.
After all i want everyone to do the job they want
Not the one they were forced to do.
Fight for what you love reader
Study for knowledge not grades.

มีคะแนนเนี้ยดีมาก แต่จริง ๆ แล้ว
ทำให้ผมเสียโอกาศจากการค้นหาสิ่งที่ฉันชอบ

ใช่แล้ว ผมต้องใช้เวลาเพื่อศึกษาสิ่งที่ไม่สำคัญแม้แต่กับงานของฉัน แต่ก็โอเคขึ้นอยู่มันก็กับมุมมองของคุณ
คิดในทางที่ดี ฉันได้เรียนรู้ ความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ มากมาย จนถึงจุดที่ผมสามารถประยุกต์ใช้กับงานศิลปะของผมได้
ซึ่งในทางกลับกันทำให้ดูเป็นธรรมชาติและสมจริงมากขึ้น
ผมอาจสูญเสียโอกาสในการศึกษาความรู้ด้านศิลปะมากมายในสายอื่น
แต่ผมจะก็จะไม่ปล่อยโอกาศที่ใด้มาให้หายไป
ผมจะไม่ปล่อยให้เวลาเสียเปล่า
และผู้อ่านก็ควรเช่นกัน!
การรู้เป้าหมายนั้นสำคัญ
แต่ถ้าคุณรู้ว่าคุณอาจพลาดบางสิ่งไป อย่าปล่อยให้สิ่งนั้นทำคุณให้พลาดโอกาศที่ได้ไป
คว้าโอกาสทั้งหมดเพื่อเรียนรู้เป้าหมายของคุณในขณะนั้นและไปให้ถึง
ท้ายที่สุดผมต้องการให้คุณทุกคนทำงานที่คุณต้องการ
ไม่ใช่ที่คนอื่นบังคับให้ทำ

Part 2 : scare of being leader
When i was at primary at school i always try my very best to not be the group leader and will always wish to only follow or do easy work in project
Do you as a reader have the same problem?
Well all i can say is you need to try to break your comfort zone
It not too bad to help plan out thing just do your very best for that
The truth is real life need a leader more than normal worker
The project needs someone who knows what they are doing and someone who can order or solve problems efficiently.
The point is skill set as a leader is actually really important and needed by many companies and it can be practiced easily by you doing it at school.
Being leader did not require you to be the most smart person in group
It require you the skill too listen to your coworkers or classmate in this case
Listen for ideas and problems and choose the best solution for that problem and make sure you send the right people to solve the right problem.
I learn this skill at m3 which is really late but it better than not learning one
If i got a bit more time maybe i can perfect this skill as a leader
It is too late for me but not for you readers.
Know what your friends good at and bad at make you know what they can and cannot so you can plan the time out base on team skill
Never afraid to take new people into your school project group.
You may not know them but that is the point. You can now finally learn something new about them and practice your skill as leader to know how to plan your group out….
Leader did not require to be the most smart or strongest
All they need to be is to have good leadership skills and good planning skill
Know what your team capable off
And don't forget to listen to their ideas.

ตอนที่ 2 : กลัวการเป็นผู้นำ

รับฟังแนวคิดและปัญหาต่างๆ แล้วเลือกวิธีแก้ปัญหาที่ดีที่สุด แล้วส่งคนที่เหมาะสมไปแก้ปัญหาที่ถูกต้อง
ผมเรียนรู้ทักษะนี้ที่ ตอนม.3 ซึ่งช้ามาก แต่ก็ยังดีกว่าไม่ได้เรียนรู้เลย
ถ้าฉันมีเวลามากกว่านี้ ฉันอาจจะพัฒนาทักษะนี้ให้ดีกว่านี้ได้
มันสายเกินไปสำหรับฉัน แต่ไม่ใช่สำหรับผู้อ่านอย่างคุณ
รู้ว่าเพื่อนของคุณเก่งและไม่เก่งอะไร

Part 3 : the deadline kid
Yes we all have face that i'm sure
It's either you just chill with the deadline and decide to do it on the due date.
Or the work is too hard and you can barely finish it in time.
Funny part is
It's actually just one single problem.
Planning skill issue.
If you know what you are doing or plan things out greatly.
You should have no absolute problem with this since you know what to do
Or how much work you should do on that day.
if you don't have many knowledge on the work you are doing
If you plan things out you will have time to prepare for what to do next.
I learn this at m6
It's really late. I spent my time at home watching the video about my topic the next day so I could at least get the brief concept of what I'm learning .
Now let's see the study case of when I did not have planning skill .
Back at secondary 3 i have one work
To write down the vocabulary.
( yes mvs student we have face the same fate)
Instead of write the vocabulary before the due date when i still got time
I decided to go play a mobile game instead.
(# note there is no due date, it's just that every morning we have to say vocabulary words of that day and we have to use our notebook book to note down the words for teacher to check.
so that mean i should write some words in my free time like 100 or 200
But again i did not which make me have to write down like 100 or 300 words in one day instead of 1 week of prepare and free time writing here)
What have I lost through all that time?
I have lost my chance to use the time I play games to study.
I have lost my time sleeping which means I lost the ability to study properly that day.
Now that the big lost all come from just me too lazy to plan thing out
Well now i hope you can see the mistake and consequence very clear here
Let hope this is the last time this mistake were made by any student
Since i hope you as reader will learn from my mistake
Always have a plan for everything both short term and long term.

ตอนที่ 3 : เด็กเดดไลน์
ใช่เราทุกคนต้องเจอเรื่องเเบบนี้กันบ้าง
ไม่ว่าคุณจะแค่สบายใจกับกำหนดเวลาและตัดสินใจที่จะทำในวันครบกำหนด
หรืองานหนักเกินไปจนแทบจะทำให้เสร็จไม่ทัน
ส่วนที่ตลกคือ
มันเป็นปัญหาเเค่ปัญหาเดียว
ปัญหาทักษะการวางแผน
ถ้ารู้ว่ากำลังทำอะไรหรือวางแผนอะไรไว้เเล้ว
คุณไม่ควรมีปัญหากับสิ่งนี้อย่างแน่นอนเพราะคุณรู้ว่าต้องทำอย่างไร
หรือรู้ว่างานที่คุณควรทำในวันนั้นควรทำมากน้อยเเค่ไหน
หากคุณไม่มีความรู้มากมายเกี่ยวกับงานที่คุณทำอยู่
หากคุณวางแผนสิ่งต่าง ๆ คุณจะมีเวลาเตรียมตัวสำหรับสิ่งที่ต้องทำต่อไป

(ใช่เเล้ว นักเรียนในโรงเรียนไทย เราต้องเผชิญกับชะตากรรมเดียวกัน555)
แทนที่จะเขียนคำศัพท์ก่อนวันครบกำหนดเมื่อฉันยังมีเวลา
เเต่ผมกลับตัดสินใจไปเล่นเกมมือถือแทน
(#หมายเหตุไม่มีวันครบกำหนด แค่ทุกเช้าเราต้องพูดคำศัพท์ของวันนั้นและต้องใช้สมุดจดบันทึกคำศัพท์ให้ครูตรวจ
นั่นหมายความว่าผมควรเขียนคำบางคำในเวลาว่างเช่น 100 หรือ 200
แต่ผมกลับไม่ได้ทำ
ทําให้ฉันต้องเขียน 100 หรือ 300 คำในหนึ่งวัน
แทนการเตรียมตัว 1 สัปดาห์และเขียนเวลาว่างๆ)
ผมสูญเสียอะไรตลอดเวลานั้น?
ผมเสียโอกาสที่จะใช้เวลาเพื่อเรียนหนังสือ

ผมพอมี comments ให้ดังต่อไปนี้ครับ
1) กระทู้นี้มีความยาวมากเกินไป มันทำให้พอคนอ่านเข้ามาเห็นปุ๊บ เกิดอาการท้อไม่อยากอ่านขึ้นมาเลย เพราะเนื้อหามันเยอะมาก (เหนื่อยก่อนจะอ่าน 5555) ทั้ง ๆ ที่ตัวเนื้อหาจริง ๆ มันดีนะครับ ถ่ายทอดได้น่าสนใจเลยทีเดียว (แต่ผมอ่านจบแค่ part1 นะ)
คำแนะนำคือ จขกท อาจตั้ง 1 part ต่อ 1 กระทู้ ครับ (หมายถึง ตอนย่อย ๆ ที่มี 3 ตอนน่ะ)
มันจะช่วยตัดเนื้อหาและสร้างกำลังใจให้คนที่เข้ามาอ่านได้
2) การแปลยังไม่ smooth ครับ
เปิดได้ค่อนข้างดีเลย "มีคะแนนเนี้ยดีมาก" มีการใช้ภาษาพูดที่ไม่เป็นทางการ ผมเลยคาดหวังว่า เอ้อ คนแปลคนนี้เขาแปลแล้วเรียบเรียงเป็นภาษาของตัวเองดีนะ // แต่พออ่านต่อไปทำไมประโยคหลัง ๆ ที่ตามมาเหมือน google translate เลยอะ แงงง TwT
คำสรรพนามไม่ค่อยนิ่งนะครับ มีทั้ง "ผม" และ "ฉัน" ผสมกันอยู่ในประโยคเดียวกัน
คำแนะนำคือ ให้ จขกท ลบทุกอย่างที่เราได้อ่านจากเนื้อเรื่องที่เป็นภาษาอังกฤษออกจากหัวก่อน แล้วลองอ่านประโยคภาษาไทยที่เราเอามาวางครับ...
จขกท จะเห็นว่า... มันไม่ใช่ภาษาไทยที่เราใช้สื่อสารกัน... สิ่งที่เราต้องทำก็คือ
- การเสริมคำบางคำ เข้าไปในประโยค (แม้มันจะไม่มีในประโยคภาษาอังกฤษที่เราแปล)
- การตัดคำบางคำ ออกจากประโยค (แม้มันจะมีในประโยคภาษาอังกฤษที่เราแปล)
- การเลือกคำอื่นที่พ้องความหมายและทำให้ประโยคด้วยรวมดูเป็นธรรมชาติมากกว่า
โดย จขกท ต้องไม่ทำให้ใจความหลักของประโยคเปลี่ยนไปครับ
ทริคข้างบนอาจพอช่วย จขกท แปลการบ้านได้ดีขึ้นครับ :))
