Personally, while I believe that the time allocation on both of these things are different between the gender, I find that generally students would spend more of their time surfing the internet in comparison to playing computer games. That is because, I find, all people with computer surfs the internet, while not all with computer are interested in games. Also, the price factor of games (circa. $40 per game) may not be so comfortable for certain people, and thus making them unable to play games, even if they want to. Lastly, continuing on with the price problem, a decently powerful computer is a requirement for playing games, with modern games requiring a computer build with a budget around 40,000 baht, while every single computer has the capability to connect to the internet.

3.While this depends on the technology advancement in the future and how far are we looking forward into, I find that it is impossible for every single human being on earth to earn a cell phone. Firstly, the price plays a huge role. Much of the world, especially in the middle east and Africa, are subject to great poverty. Many of them doesn't have access to electricity, and even if they do, they will not be able to afford luxuries such as cell phones. Also, not everybody needs a cell phone. Many make do fine with just a home phone, and many are too young to have one, or lack the responsibility to do so. Many also aren't able to hold a cell phone, such as those with hand disabilities.
