2. Commitment

Nothing in this letter and in the attached Term Sheet (see Appendix-SUMMARY OF Indicative Terms and Conditions) constitutes a commitment of the Sole Arranger to lend, arrange, coordinate a financing or an agreement to prepare, negotiate, execute or delivery of a commitment to the company or any person.

The delivery of a commitment is subject to, among other things, the sole Arranger obtaining final credit approval (which should not be deemed to have been obtained until confirmed in writing to the company)
