วิธีแก้ปัญหา http แล้วมีกากบาทสีแดงทำอย่างไร?

ก็คือ พอเข้าไปในเว็บไซต์ยังเงี้ย มันจะขึ้นตรงที่โชว์เว็บ เป็นอย่างเงี้ย
สมมติเป็น face book นะ  อันนี้ คือตอนเข้า chorme
 
อันนี้ตอนเข้า internet
มันจะขึ้นเป็นโล่สีแดง มีกากบาทสีขาวอ่ะ ยังงี้ แล้วขึ้นว่า
