เรียน If-Clause กับไอแคส

สวัสดียามบ่ายครับทุกท่าน วันนี้โครงการ ICASP Smart Learning ขอนำเสนอหนึ่งในไวยากรณ์ภาษาอังกฤษให้เราได้เรียนรู้กัน นั่นก็คือ If-Clause นั่นเอง เราไปดูกันเลย

เราก็ได้เรียนมาตั้งแต่ประถมหรือมัธยมกันแล้วว่า If-Clause นั้นมีทั้งหมด 3 ประเภทด้วยกันคือ

1. The Future Simple สำหรับเหตุการณ์ที่เป็นไปได้
2. The Past Simple สำหรับเหตุการณ์ที่พอจะเป็นไปได้
3. The Past Perfect สำหรับเหตุการณ์ที่ยากมาก ๆ ที่จะเป็นไปได้ หรือเป็นไปไม่ได้นั่นเอง

Condition 1: If I study hard, I will pass the economic exam.

โครงสร้าง: Present Simple (If-clause) + Future Simple / Infinitive / Modal Infinitive

เราใช้ Condition 1 สำหรับเหตุการณ์ที่เป็นไปได้

ตัวอย่างเช่น:

1. If I study hard, I will pass the economic examination. (หากฉันตั้งใจเรียน ฉันก็สอบวิชาเศรษฐศาสตร์ผ่านแล้ว)
2. If you see John tonight, remind him to see me at the park tomorrow. (หากเธอพบจอห์นละก็ เตือนเขาด้วยว่ามาพบฉันที่สวนวันพรุ่งนี้)
3. If Bill always get up early, he will not come to the class late. (หากบิลตื่นเช้าบ่อย ๆ เขาก็ไม่ต้องมาสายแล้วล่ะ)

Condition 2: If I were you, I would go to study the bachelor degree in Switzerland.

โครงสร้างประโยค Past Simple + Modal infinitive

ตัวอย่างประโยค

1. If you were in my position, what would you do? (หากคุณอยู่ในตำแหน่งผม คุณจะทำอย่างไร)
2. If I didn’t want to go to Jimmy’s birthday party, I wouldn’t go. (หากฉันไม่อยากไปงานวันเกิดจิมมี่ละก็ ฉันก็ไม่ไปแล้วล่ะ)
3. There are many words I would like to tell you if I had more time. (มีคำพูดมากมายที่อยากจะบอกเธอ แต่ฉันไม่มีเวลาเลย)

Condition 3: If I had had the wings, I would have flown to Seattle.

โครงสร้างประโยค Past Perfect + Modal + have + part participle

ตัวอย่างประโยค

1. If I had known you are single, I would haven’t gotten marriage.
2. If I had won a lottery, I might have gone to the Mars.
3. If I had awarded the Nobel Price, I would have been more famous.
