Number of credits at least 137 Credits
 Curriculum Structure
            The total number of credits in the Bachelor of Arts in Hotel and Hospitality
Management Program consists of at least 137 credits. The program contains a proportion of
General Education Courses, Major Courses, Free Elective Courses, and Cooperative
Education Courses in accordance with curriculum standard criteria of the Ministry of
Education. There are two majors:
- Hotel Management, and
- Restaurant Business,
Students will select one Major only. In addition students have to select a foreign language
offered in this program.
             The course description includes a Study Pattern Code A(B-C-D). This Study
Pattern Code guides the academic staff in designing of the course and provides the student
the number of contact hours and time to devoted to in-class activity. The details of Study
Pattern Code A(B-C-D) are as follows:
A refers to the credit value;
B the formal lecture time;
C the practice time in workshops or tutorials; and
D self-study time per week.   

          The Bachelor of Arts program in Hotel and Hospitality Management of the International College, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University is designed to prepare graduates who can step into numerous mid-level services management position and able to compete in the international arena.

3.2.1 Having knowledge and skills in the management and operations of businesses
in the hospitality industry as well as having strong sense of efficient work and productive performance in the respective fields;
3.2.2 Having knowledge and skills through Cooperative Education, obtaining real
world experiences which will permit them to develop their careers;
3.1.3 Having strong sense of morality and ethics for contribution in global
community; and
3.2.4 Having communication skills by use of English as well as ASEAN language,
strong interpersonal skill, team work and leadership.

            Upon graduation, students can work in various departments of hotel business restaurant business and other related businesses both international and domestic organizations. For example, the students majoring in hotel management can work in the front office department, housekeeping department, etc., where as those majoring in restaurant business can work as a chef in a restaurant or in food and beverage department of a hotel.

(การจัดการโรงแรมและท่องเที่ยว)           The Bachelor of Business Administration Program in Hospitality and Tourism Management of the International College, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University is designed to prepare graduates who will become young entrepreneurs or middle-management executives with applicable business skills in the global community. The Hospitality industry is the largest employer in the world and offers many career opportunities. SSRUIC educates professionals who are well prepared for this demanding industry. Here are some of the sectors where graduates may hold a position in the future: International Hotel chains, Independent hotels, Traditional Gourmet restaurants, Catering Industry, tourism, MICE, and Cruise Lines.
          หลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาจัดการโรงแรม และท่องเที่ยวเป็นสาขาที่เน้นความรู้ความชำนาญเฉพาะด้าน เกี่ยวกับการจัดการโรงแรม(Hospitality) การท่องเที่ยว (Tourism) การบริหารจัดการประชุมสัมมนา (MICE) และ ศึกษาถึงโครงสร้างการบริหารจัดการ(Management) การศึกษาแนวโน้มการดำเนินงานด้านธุรกิจโรงแรมและท่องเที่ยวโดยมีการฝึกปฏิบัติการวิชาชีพหรือสหกิจศึกษางานในธุรกิจสถานประกอบการด้านโรงแรมและหน่วยงานด้านการท่องเที่ยวเพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลให้เข้ากับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันการวางระบบงานเรียนรู้ระบบปฏิบัติการในส่วนงานต่างๆ ภายในโรงแรม
          บัณฑิตที่จบการศึกษาจากสาขาวิชาการจัดการโรงแรมและท่องเที่ยวสามารถนำความรู้ที่เรียนมาไปประกอบอาชีพได้หลากหลายโดยเน้นไปในด้านการบริหารโรงแรมการบริการและการท่องเที่ยวเช่นโรงแรมเครือต่างประเทศ (International Hotel Chains) การจัดการประชุมสัมมนา และนิทรรศการ(MICE) อุตสาหกรรมอาหารธุรกิจเรือสำราญและการท่องเที่ยว
